What is a Network Switch ?

Switch एक electronic device हैं। जो OSI model के second layer में से data link layer पर work करती हैं। networking में computer या host को switch के through ही connect कराया जाता हैं।
अर्थात् जब कोई भी node या computer किसी other node या computer को innformation send करता हैं। तो सबसे पहले वह information switch के पास send की जाती हैं। और फिर switch यह define करता हैं। कि find हुई information किस node या port no. मे send करना हैं। लेकिन switch को यह नही पता होता हैं कि कौन-सा node किस port no. से connected हैं। जिस वजह से switch first time उस information को broadcast करता हैं। जिस वजह से उसको सभी node के port no. का address पता चल जाता हैं। switch में एक अपनी खुद की memory होती हैं। जिसमे वह अपनी whole information कोsave करता हैं। इस वजह से इसको intelligent device भी कहा जाता हैं।
और next time find की गई information को particular उसी device को dilvered की जाती हैं जिसके लिए वह information थी। और इसी वजह से switch में send की गयी information की speed hub के compare में fast होती हैं। switch जब first time broadcast करता हैं। तो इससे connected all device के MAC address and Ip address को अपने memory में save कर लेता हैं। और hub को replace करने के बाद ही switch device को लाया गया हैं।

What is Topology ?

Topology क्या हैं ? What is Digital Transmission ? किसी communication medium as.
